On January 3, in response to the three squirrels recently exposed to the advertisement that "young pioneers wear red scarves" suspected of violating the law, the three squirrels issued an apology letter this afternoon.

The apology letter said, "to express the most sincere apologies to consumers and all sectors of society, in response to the above problems, the company set up a working group to carry out self-examination and self-correction from advertising, official website, product packaging and detail pages."
The three squirrels said that after receiving the letter from the Wuhu Municipal Committee of Young Workers, they realized the seriousness of the problem and rolled off the relevant pages and products on April 1, 2019, and strengthened internal compliance audits and employee training and publicity.
It is reported that the advertisement was launched in the poster of "331 Brain Supplement" released by three squirrels 3 years ago. In the poster's promotional image, two men wearing red scarves appeared, holding a snack gift bag packaged into a "tutorial book", and the man raised his right hand and performed a young pioneer's team salute, below which was a propaganda advertisement written in traditional characters.
According to the "Several Provisions on the Production and Use of the Flag, Team Emblem and Red Scarf and Team Cadre Logo of the Young Pioneers of China" issued by the National Committee for Young Pioneers, which is "Zhongshaofa [2005] No. 20", the Flag of the Young Pioneers of China, the emblem and red scarf of the Team, the emblem of the team cadres and their patterns shall not be used for trademarks, commercial advertisements and commercial activities. The three squirrels used "Young Pioneers" and "Red Scarves" as propaganda, which clearly violated the regulations.
Previously, the three squirrels had been questioned for deliberately catering to Western aesthetics and deliberately scandalizing the Chinese people because of the elements such as "squinting eyes" and "thick lips" in the poster. (Article | Author of "Finance and Economics" Weekly Tianyu)
