Citing CNBETA, a ruling made public by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on Tuesday upheld a decision made by the Federal Communications Commission in April 2020 to open up 1200MHz spectrum in the 6GHz band for "unauthorized use."
The so-called "unauthorized use" is what anyone can use it, including uses like your future Wi-Fi 6E home network.
