After being beheaded, Dou E made three vows: blood spattered white practice, flying snow in the sky, and three years of drought. However, these three things were also fulfilled after Dou E's death.
The first special natural phenomenon of June snow is mainly caused by the strong cold air at high altitudes in summer. However, in the eyes of the ancients who did not understand these principles, this rare natural phenomenon would be seen as a warning to heaven. During the Warring States period, there is a record of June flying snow, which also stems from an unfair prison story. Dou'e made such an oath because she believed that God was just and would do justice for her. But how can the three years of drought punish the wicked, the corrupt officials?
Dou E's story makes us understand a truth, people are doing, the sky is watching, and the bad guys will eventually be punished. Justice may be late, but it will never go away. However, to do good deeds, not to ask about the future, and to have good thoughts in mind is the right way.
