As soon as they reached the open field, gunshots suddenly rang out on both sides, and six or seven cavalrymen suddenly dismounted. It turned out that Kuang Gengshan deliberately left an opening for Sun Tangchen at the West Gate in order to force him out and eliminate it in the wild, so that the losses of our army's fortification could be reduced. Sun Tangchen saw that he was ambushed, and he drew a whip at the mount in a vain attempt to break through. But the horse ran fast without bullets after all, his mount was knocked down, and he himself was captured by our army and shot after a public trial. Sun Tangchen was only a few hours apart from the time he defected to the enemy and was wiped out by our army, which was one of the most unfortunate traitors.
