At the meeting, it was reported that under the premise of strictly implementing epidemic prevention and control measures, the Xi'an Economic Development Zone guaranteed the supply of fresh vegetables, rice flour oil, meat, eggs and milk and other daily necessities for residents in the jurisdiction according to the method of "basing on the area and ensuring supply in the market". As of December 31, 2021, a total of 66,173 orders were received and distributed, with more than 301 tons of vegetables and 114.6 tons of meat, eggs and milk.

The first is to establish a fast and direct supply mechanism. The district is divided into five distribution areas, covering 189 residential areas. Establish a supply grid with "precinct + community" as the grid unit and online and offline joint efforts. More than 150 grid chiefs were selected, taking the community as the grid point, adopting the mode of "online order + offline inquiry", summarizing according to the statistics of one household and one single, and promoting the effective coordination of real-time production in the background, intermediate logistics distribution, and end-of-line home delivery through centralized scheduling.

The second is to open up the upper, middle and lower reaches of the channel. In order to ensure that the personnel apply for access permits, 31 large supermarkets, e-commerce enterprises, farmers' markets and other suppliers in the area are organized to coordinate the supply of goods and produce standard vegetable packages. Handle passes for logistics and transportation vehicles, smooth bulk transportation and distribution links within the region, accurately distribute goods to each community in different areas, according to the number of communities and orders, and set up more than 2,500 community distribution service teams to deliver to the door.

The third is to open up material reserve channels. In coordination with various suppliers, more than 1,200 tons of vegetables, meat, eggs and milk were mobilized, more than 110,000 standard vegetable packages were produced, and enterprises such as Huatian and Xiaoliutangbao in the ancient capital of the region were organized to produce cooked food packages such as steamed buns, buns, breads, and box lunches to supply residents and front-line epidemic prevention personnel.

The fourth is to take multiple measures to maintain the price balance. It is proposed to ensure the stable production, stable supply and stable price of enterprises, and organize the investigation and handling of 4 cases of price violations and violations to form an effective deterrent.
