Located at No. 59, Taiping Cultural Ancient City, Quanjiao County, it is open from 9:00 to 21:00 every day, all year round. Readers holding a resident ID card or a chip borrowing card of quanjiao county library can enter by swiping a card, or they can use mobile phone WeChat or Alipay to scan the code and fill in the identity information to generate an electronic two-dimensional code to identify and enter.
