Huang Jianxun Labor Model Innovation Studio was established in 2020, and the studio is named after Huang Jianxun, a provincial labor model and chief technician of provincial enterprises. Based on the expansion and construction of existing equipment application functions, the studio vigorously improves the skill level of regulators to make new technologies serve the operation of the power grid and create new value. It has played a positive role in promoting the knowledge update and practical application of regulatory personnel, and achieved the goals of "one specialty, multiple abilities" and "carrying on the top and starting down" of employees in front-line positions.
Yuan Junqiu Labor Model Innovation Studio was established in 2019, and the studio is named after the Municipal May Day Labor Medal and the Provincial Company Labor Model Yuan Junqiu. Focusing on integrated energy services, the studio has innovated and achieved results in 10KV intelligent capacitor compensation, gas-electric hybrid boilers, valley electric steam regenerative boilers, electrified smart fisheries, air source heat pump heat recovery grain drying technology, and handheld intelligent O&M terminals. Among them, the "Electrification Smart Fishery Terminal" project, as the first scientific and technological achievement transformation project of Changzhou Company, won the second prize of the 25th Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievement Award in 2019, the bronze award of the 5th Youth Innovation Competition of the Provincial Company, and participated in the release of the fourth best performance practice of the provincial company, and in 2020, it was awarded the "Excellent Employee Technological Innovation Achievement" of the three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta.
