The Lone Ranger officially announced today that they have signed a second ten-day short contract with Markis Chris.
Chris is the 2016 first-round No. 8 pick, has played for the Suns, Rockets, Cavaliers, Warriors and other teams, so far in his career averaged 7.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 0.7 steals and 0.8 blocks.
Chris didn't get a contract this offseason, but the pandemic gave him an unexpected chance, and the Lone Ranger signed him to a ten-day contract on Dec. 22 using a difficult exception, after which he played a total of four games, averaging 12.3 minutes per game, 6.3 points and 4.8 rebounds.
