Yongzhou drink snails
Legend has it that He Xiangguan was once the hometown of He Xiangu in the Eight Immortals, He Xiangu invited the Eight Immortals to visit the Eight Views of Yongzhou, the Eight Immortals were very excited after a day and a night, but also had hunger, when the iron abductor Li picked up the wine gourd "Grunting" to drink, deeply sighed that there was wine and no vegetables, then Han Xiangzi, one of the Eight Immortals, picked up the pen and wanted to draw a carp to share with the immortals, who knew that the ink was stained too much, and it suddenly became a field snail on the ground, He Xiangu saw the fire and made the field snail into a delicacy, and the immortals ate and praised. Since then, Lingling has drunk snails and become famous in Shenzhou.

Take a bath with the screws
Select the best local iron screws, rinse with water for two days, and after the screws are spit out, manually brush their whole body and set aside.

Boil in one pot, fine grass carp soup
Choose a fresh grass carp of more than three pounds, remove the meat, leave only the fish bones to boil the soup, and the soup is boiled for later.

Stir-fried snails
Stir-fry the washed screws, add spices and salt for 2 minutes, and wait until the screw meat can be shelled.

Boiling sublimation
Add the previously boiled fish soup, simmer slowly over low heat, add chili pepper and garlic rice until cooked, add green onion and coriander.
