Yan family garden
Yan Family Garden is next to the Wangjia Bridge in Shantang Old Street, and has been the owner of three terms. Luckily, all three owners took good care of it. Yanjia Garden has thus become one of the famous gardens in Jiangnan.
Hongyin Mountain House is the private garden of Xu Shiyuan, a good wine scholar in the early Qing Dynasty, and every time Qianlong plays in Mudu in the lower Jiangnan, he will first abandon the boat here and land on the shore and enter the park. If this could be moved, it might have entered the palace long ago. Because Qianlong liked to live permanently, it was also known as the "folk palace" of the Qianlong Emperor.
The ancient pine garden was built in the Qing Dynasty Han mansion garden, and the carvings inside are very fine. Because there is a Ming Dynasty Luohan pine in the back garden, it is called The Ancient Pine Garden.
On the south street of Mudu Ancient Town, there is a late Ming Dynasty building. The brick carved wall door is the former residence of Feng Qiunong, the essence of Feng Zhao's iconic, and there are many exquisite brick carvings entering the house, which fully demonstrate the superb artistic level of Suzhou Xiangshan Gang craftsmen.
This building was originally purchased by Xu Shiyuan, the owner of the Hongyin Mountain House, and later sold to shen yunzhi, the niece of the Chen family and the Chen family, who is the famous "embroidery queen" Shen Shou.
The First House of Pungyan is the former residence of Feng Guifen, a late Qing Dynasty Enlightenment thinker and political commentator. The mansion sits south facing north, and the door is facing the Xu River, which has a typical Jiangnan mansion garden architectural style in the early Qing Dynasty.
Mingyue Temple was founded in 935 AD.
Balance Hill
Tianping Mountain has the reputation of "the first mountain in Wuzhong" and "Jiangnan Shengjing", and is one of the four sacred places for feng appreciation in China. Tianping Mountain is famous for its three absolutes: red maple, strange stone and clear spring.
Because there is a piece of "Lingzhi Stone" in front of the Lingyan Pagoda, it is named Lingyan Mountain. There are many strange rocks on the mountain and they are very famous, as well as the remaining remains of Wu Wang, such as Wu Wang Jing, Dresser, Play Flower Pond, Xi Shi Cave and so on.
There is Lingyan Mountain Temple on the mountain, which is a place often visited by Suzhou people. There are also scenic spots with stories such as Qianlong Royal Road and Caixiangjing.
