While experiencing the indigo blue "Little Five" train, many citizens also noticed the colored traffic route map on the transparent window of the train.

The reporter learned that this is a touch-operated smart OLED transparent screen window system, and the 55-inch transparent "magic screen" can interact with passengers. Providing core technical support for this transparent "magic screen" is Ningbo Shiruidi Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. located in Panhuo Street.

"The screens in rail transit trains are not new, and it is difficult to embed such a large-sized capacitive screen with human-computer interaction into the carriage." The relevant person in charge of Panhuo Street said that the transparency of the "magic screen" is higher than that of the traditional transparent liquid crystal display, the touch experience is sensitive, and it can support 10 fingers to touch at the same time.

During the interview, the reporter learned that this transparent "magic screen" adopts projected capacitor film technology, and the thickness of the thinnest place is only 7 mm. The electromagnetic environment is poor during the train journey, and the large-size touch screen cannot be connected to the ground on the train, which is easy to be disturbed and the "jump point" phenomenon of a certain part of the screen is out of control. Rail transit trains continue to vibrate at high frequencies, and large interactive screens have to meet ultra-long distance operation in harsh environments, which puts forward higher requirements for lamination technology.

"Fit is our strength, including the control of materials and the realization of technical processes." Pu Tianfa, general manager of Ningbo Shiruidi Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., said that during the installation process of the smart OLED transparent screen window system, through ultra-thin full-fit technology, the OLED display and touch operation layer are embedded in the middle of the window, using a highly integrated program, all supporting boards and wires are arranged on the window, which is more reliable and easy to install and maintain.

According to reports, the technology has been applied in the rail transit of Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing and other cities, and has become an important supplier of Xiaomi's world's first transparent TV.
