450 grams of rice, 150 grams of soybeans, 1/4 cabbage, leeks, shrimp skin, seaweed, lean meat, cabbage, sea oysters.

Step 1: Prepare two glass bowls, one bowl pour 450 grams of rice, the other bowl pour 150 grams of soybeans, the ratio of soybeans to rice is 1:3, pour the right amount of water over the soybeans and rice, and soak in advance for one night.
Step 2: The next day, the soaked rice and soybeans are washed separately, washed and poured into the blender, pour the right amount of water just over the rice, don't have too much water just before it, otherwise the oyster cake is not formed.
Step 3: Cover the lid and beat it into rice milk, beat it for a while, beat it into a delicate thick paste, beat it into a large bowl and set aside.
Step 4: Prepare an appropriate amount of sea oysters, pour a spoonful of starch and gently grasp and mix for a while, then wash it with water, wash it and drain it and put it in a bowl for later.
Step 5: Wash and cut cabbage into shredded enlarged bowls and set aside.
Step 6: Cut a handful of leeks into small pieces, wash and squeeze out the water with an appropriate amount of seaweed, cut a small piece of lean meat into thin slices, cut all of them and put them on the plate, while preparing a handful of shrimp skin.
Step 7: Pour the seaweed, shrimp skin and lean meat into the cabbage, add 5 grams of salt, 10 grams of shrimp oil, and the appropriate amount of pepper, and stir well with chopsticks to set aside.
Step 8: Pour the leeks into the rice milk, add 5 grams of salt and stir well with chopsticks until the salt melts.
Step 9: Start the pot and pour in a little more oil, put the spoon of the oyster cake into the oil pan and soak it, let the spoon fully absorb enough oil, and use chopsticks to put it in the oil pan to immediately bubble up when it can be fried.
Step 10: Leave a little oil at the bottom of the spoon to prevent stickiness, the spoon always does not leave the oil surface, pour a small spoonful of rice milk into the spoon to spread evenly, put in the middle of the filling, and then sandwich 4 to 5 sea oysters, pour a small spoonful of rice paste on top to cover the filling, put two peanuts on the surface to look good and delicious; then dip it into the oil pan and fry, slowly fry it with a medium-low heat, after 2 minutes the sea oyster cake will automatically fall off, take out the spoon to make the next oyster cake, do it in the same way.
Step 11: During the period, you should often flip the two sides of the frying, fry it until the two sides are golden and crispy and cooked thoroughly, the whole process takes 4 to 5 minutes, out of the pot and put on the plate to enjoy the food.
