After a temporary farewell to the noisy provincial city and the leisure of school, I am back to your warm and thick embrace!
My hometown, located at the junction of Xiang'e and Gansu, the ancient and vibrant Pingjiang County in Northern Hunan Province, in the land of the hometown where I was born and raised, continued with red blood, the spark of the "Pingjiang Uprising", which jointly ignited and promoted the burning momentum of the Chinese revolution and the social change in China, and she was one of the cradles of the birth of the newborn People's Republic. The vast and rich land of 4125 square kilometers of the hometown: undulating mountains, peaks and beautiful peaks; layers of forests, jagged trees; Que Mo longitudinal and horizontal, fertile fields; mountains and rivers, Wufu Minxi. The two majestic mountains of Mufu and Lianyun are like two giant dragons straddling the north and south of their hometown, and the mountains covered with trees and trees are pregnant with rich sweet springs and clear water, which are gathered in mountain ravines, trickle and flow, and source and nourish the two major rivers in their hometown: the Miluo River and the Changjiang River. They run through the whole territory from the east and north directions of the county, flowing to the west, pulling up the mountains and wilderness of their hometown, dashing and unrestrained, the river is endless, and the blue waves are clear. Just like the mother's rich milk, it feeds the fathers and brothers of the hometown who have multiplied here for generations; it is like two silver threads, stringing together the rich countryside of the hometown, the scattered villages; the gushing rivers and rivers, like the tireless musicians, playing the joys and sorrows of the industrious and generous mountain people in their hometown day and night. It has even formed the geographical situation of "two mountains and two rivers" in its hometown and a good and thick natural ecological environment. The two hometown mother rivers, known as the source of blue ink, are so clear, turquoise, and idyllic flowing along the trajectory of natural geography, but in the Yangmei River at the mouth of the Shuangjiang River downstream, the rivers date, hug and kiss each other, merge into one, meander to the west, and finally surrender to the arms of Dongting Lake, which is vast and full of water and sky.

I love the landscapes and rivers of my hometown, I am grateful to my father and brother in my hometown, I admire and worship many literati rioters and heroes in my hometown, but I am also nostalgic and yearning for the "crescent pond" that carries the dreams of my childhood next to the old house in my hometown.

"Crescent Pond", in the place named Wangjiajing on the east side of the ancestral house, there is a small lotus pond shaped like a winding moon, and her childhood friends call her "Crescent Pond", and the elders of the hometown farmers for generations are more figuratively called "NiujiaoTang". This crooked little lotus pond has really become the spiritual home of my childhood dreams: my playful and competitive naughtiness is manifested here; the little man who dares to do it is brave to show it here; the extravagant hope of the "child king" who respects me alone is also satisfied here; and the attachment to the homeland of my hometown is even more sprouted here...
In the middle of summer, whenever I had a lot of fun with my childhood friends in the "Crescent Pond", as the "Child King", my happy mood at the moment was often a little detached, because I was always attracted by the blooming lotus flowers and buds waiting to be released in the "Crescent Pond".
Yeah, friend! The fresh and charming mountain wind blows through, the lotus flowers flutter, and the fragrance of the "crescent pond" is refreshing, refreshing, intoxicating, and unforgettable... The lotus flowers in the hometown "Crescent Pond" are beautiful, while the hearts of the hardworking, simple, generous and kind mountain people in their hometown are even more beautiful.
In the mid-autumn, I left my hometown and left the "Crescent Pond", with the search for knowledge, with the pursuit of ideals and careers, and also shouldering the gentle instructions of my wife and the eager expectations of the swaddled young son, as a late college student in the early 1980s, I finally stepped into the gate of Hunan Institute of Finance and Economics, a higher institution of finance and economics located at the foot of the yuelu mountain in the provincial city. But no matter when and where, my attachment to my hometown is still so persistent, the mood of the wanderer to return to my hometown is always so urgent, whenever the school holiday is free of school, I can't wait to take the long-distance bus back home and embark on a journey back home. Whenever the car enters the boundary of Pingjiang County, where the Ongjiang River is muddy, and then along the winding road of The 207 Provincial Highway, it is headed to the geographical barrier in the south of the county: when the top of Yuebuling Mountain, I look through the window glass, overlooking and overlooking the green mountains and beautiful waters of my hometown, recalling the interesting and unforgettable childhood time in my hometown "Crescent Pond", how not to let me touch the scenery and can't help but feel it, my eyes are wet; at this moment, I seem to really read and appreciate that Mr. Ai Qing, a contemporary writer, poet, and winner of the highest medal of French literature and art, said in the " I love this land" is a classic quote from the poem: "Why do I always have tears in my eyes?" Because I love this land deeply. "Poetic emotion.
