Li Wenqing, born in 1910, is a native of Lijiahe, Songzi, Hubei Province. Li Wenqing is the only son in the family and his family is poor. Li Wenqing later married his cousin Zhou Yumei as his daughter-in-law. After getting married, in order to change the poverty situation in his family, Li Wenqing did a division of labor, and went to a large family in Gong'an County to do hard work to earn money, and Zhou Yimei went to the local landlord's house as a maid.
There are unpredictable storms in the sky, and people have bad luck and bad luck. When Li Wenqing was doing hard labor in Gong'an County, the owner's cattle suddenly died, and the master did not ask questions, but actually blamed him, deducted the wages and drove him out. Li Wenqing was sullen and unhappy to return home, which was really a disaster. Li Wenqing, who was returning home, heard the news of a thunderbolt on a sunny day, and his wife Zhou Yimei was occupied by Li Xuewu, the second son of the landlord's family. Li Wenqing was furious and took a kitchen knife to find Li Xuewu desperately, and as a result, Li Xuewu let several family members beat him to the point that his nose was blue and his eyes were swollen. From then on, he swore: this vendetta will not be repaid, and he will not be a man!

In 1930, the Red Army led by He Long propagated the revolution near Li Wenqing's hometown and mobilized the masses to join the Red Army. After Li Wenqing became the Red Army, he fought bravely and dared to fight, and in 1932, Li Wenqing joined the Communist Party of China and was soon promoted to platoon leader. Li Wenqing had someone in his hand, and he felt that the opportunity to avenge Xuexue had come, so Li Wenqing took the warrior to Li Xuewu's house, but Li Xuewu had already escaped, and Li Wenqing did not stop for a second, and a big fire burned Li Xuewu's family.
When he returned, Li Wenqing was imprisoned, and the company instructor talked to him and warned him that the Red Army was a poor army, a revolutionary army, not anyone's private army. The instructor's instructions made Li Wenqing gradually understand that the Red Army was fighting for the common people of the whole world, and Li Wenqing was suddenly enlightened, and his thinking was sublimated. After Li Xuewu saw that his house was burned, he was ashamed and angry, and he also burned down Li Wenqing's house, and Zhou Yumei was also sold by him to others.

During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Li Wenqing had grown into a regimental commander and participated in the Battle of Qihui and the Battle of the Hundred Regiments. In one battle, Li Wenqing captured a delicate small pistol from the Japanese army, loved it, and was ready to apply for his own use. When the political commissar saw this, he said that the captured booty could not be appropriated for himself and must be handed over to the public. Li Wenqing handed over his pistol. Not long after this incident, Li Wenqing found that this small and exquisite pistol had been privately given to a female student by the political commissar. Li Wenqing was furious and immediately went to the political commissar for theory, and finally Li Wenqing even pulled out a gun, and the political commissar was so frightened that he ran away. In this way, one of the two ran in front and the other chased in the back, and Yan'an City was going to be run by them. It is well known to everyone in Yan'an Road. At that time, it was the rectification of Yan'an, and some people made a fuss about this matter, saying that He Long's troops had the atmosphere of banditry. In a fit of rage, General Manager He had Li Wenqing tied up and asked for military law, and finally Li Wenqing was demoted and used, from regimental commander to battalion commander.

Li Wenqing followed He Long's southern expedition to the northern war, and his achievements were outstanding. During the Liberation War, Li Wenqing was already the chief of staff of the 3rd Army of the First Field Army, became a senior general of our army, and participated in the Battle of Yanqing and the Battle of Yichuan. After liberation, Li Wenqing served as deputy commander of the Northern Sichuan Military Region. At this time, Li Wenqing has left his hometown for 20 years, the young man has left home and returned to the old mane, and the hometown voice has not changed. Li Wenqing very much wanted to go back to his hometown to see. After Li Xuewu of Li Jiahe knew about it, he was unable to sleep and eat, his heart was pounding, he was worried that Li Wenqing would seek revenge on him, and finally hanged himself. Zhou Yumei also took her current husband to find Li Wenqing, "pounced" and knelt in front of Li Wenqing and cried silently, begging Li Wenqing to forgive, saying that she was also forced to be helpless. Li Wenqing lifted them up and comforted Sister Zhou to live a good life, and when he heard that Sister Zhou was having a difficult life, he also took out his own allowance to support her. After the outbreak of the "Cultural Revolution," the rebels asked Li Wenqing to expose the problem of He Long, and Li Wenqing firmly said that Elder He was always his revolutionary guide. Later, the rebels learned about the contradictions in the history of Li Wenqing and the above-mentioned cooking squad leader Zhou Shuhuai, and wanted to make a fuss about it. At this time, both of them were working in the Chengdu Military Region, but the two were at odds and rarely even spoke. The rebels found Zhou Shuhuai and asked them to expose each other. Both Li Wenqing and Zhou Shuhuai righteously refused, and both were branded as "He Long Elements." Later, the two laughed and complained, which became a good story of the Chengdu Military Region.
On July 13, 1999, a generation of generals fell, and General Li Wenqing died in Chengdu at the age of 89.
