IT Home learned that at 18:44 Beijing time on December 26, astronaut Ye Guangfu opened the hatch and took the lead in leaving the capsule. At 19:37, astronaut Zhai Zhigang also successfully left the capsule and coordinated operations such as C lifting of the space station's extravehicular panoramic camera and verification of autonomous carry-on transfer. Astronaut Wang Yaping cooperated with the ground to control the robotic arm and supported two out-of-cabin astronauts to carry out extravehicular operations.

Up to now, the Shenzhou 13 astronaut crew has been working and living in orbit for 73 days. On November 7, the three astronaut crew performed the first outgoing activity, Zhai Zhigang and Wang Yaping went out of the cabin to perform the task, and successively completed the tasks such as the installation of the robot arm suspension device and the adapter parts, and the typical action test outside the cabin, and the whole process was smooth and successful.

China's Manned SpaceFlight Office said that the implementation of extravehicular operations is becoming the norm for missions during the space station phase.
