The IAAF announced the standards for the 2022 World Junior U20 Athletics Championships on 24 December 2022, which will be held in Cali, Colombia (South America) from 1 to 6 August 2022.
The age-appropriate players were born in 2003 or 2004 (or younger).
Let's look at the standard --
The events are 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, 1500 m, 3000 m, 5000 m, 3000 m obstacle course, 110 m hurdles/100 m hurdles, 400 m hurdles, 10,000 m race walk (field), high jump, pole vault, long jump, triple jump, shot put, discus, chain ball, javelin, women's heptathlon, men's decathlon, 4× 100 m, 4 × 400 m and mixed 4×400 m relay events.
The numbers on the far left and far right are the size of the event.
Deadline: October 1, 2021 to July 18, 2022.
