In the final, when swimming to 100 meters, Li Bingjie rose to the first place and continued to extend the lead, and finally she won with a time of 3 minutes 55.83 seconds. It was also the world's best result for the project this year. Hong Kong's Ho Shi Bei swam 3:58.12 to win a bronze medal.

In the women's 50m butterfly final, Zhang Yufei, who previously won the 200m butterfly championship, set off in the third lane. Unable to keep up with the pace in the first half, she finished fifth with a time of 24.91 seconds, with Cromervyyu swimming in 24.44 seconds to win the new race record.

In the men's 4×50m freestyle relay final, the Chinese team was played by Zhang Zhoujian, Wang Changhao, Pan Zhanle and Yang Jintong, and finally finished fifth with a time of 1:25.50.
