These three roads are all built and operated by China Railway Construction Chongqing Investment Group and Chongqing Expressway Group, with a total mileage of 205 kilometers and a total investment of 28.8 billion yuan in Chongqing.
The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Transportation Bureau said that because the Sichuan section of the Danei Expressway is under construction, the Chongqing section is temporarily free of charge. Yuqian Double Line Expressway, taking a class of passenger cars (less than 9 seats) as an example, from the starting point G7521 Banan Toll Station to the end of Yuqian boundary, the toll is about 65 yuan. In the Chongqing section of He'an Expressway, a class of passenger cars (less than 9 seats) from the starting point of Hechuan Shuangfeng Hub to the end of Tongnan Chonggong River-Chongqing boundary, the toll is about 62 yuan.
The drive from Wansheng Economic Development Zone to the main city metropolitan area will be compressed by about half an hour
As an important part of the passage in the western land-sea corridor and an important passage on the north-south main axis of the Chongqing expressway network, the Yuqian Expressway double line (G7521 Yuzhu Expressway) will form a "double channel" of Chongqing's sea-going expressway from south to Guangxi through Guizhou, together with the Yuqian Expressway (G75 Lanhai Expressway Chongqing Section).

The Yuqian Expressway double line is the 13th ray in the "Three Rings and Eighteen-Shot Multiple Lines" of the Chongqing Expressway Skeleton Road Network. It starts from the Chongqing Ring Expressway Zhongxing Hub in the north, connects with the planned urban expressway, passes through Banan District, Qijiang District and Wansheng Economic Development Zone in the south, ends at the boundary of Yuqian Province in Qijiang District, and connects with the Chongzun Expressway in Guizhou Province. The whole line adopts the two-way six-lane standard construction, with a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour and a total length of 100 kilometers.
The Yuqian Expressway has nine toll stations covering 2.2 million people through three districts. The Longsheng service area is opened simultaneously, which can provide a full range of services such as refueling, catering, supermarkets, and toilets. Wansheng service area and stable parking area are temporarily closed (temporarily do not have the conditions for opening).

The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Transportation Bureau said that after the opening of the Yuqian Expressway double line, it will greatly alleviate the traffic congestion of the existing Yuqian Expressway (G75 Lanhai Expressway), and the citizens can drive from banan jieshi to the Qijiang River and Wansheng in more than half an hour. At the same time, it can quickly reach the Qianbei area. This is also of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of Qiwan integration, accelerating the construction of an important fulcrum city in the main urban area and the south gate of Chongqing.
After the opening of the Guizhou section, the driving time of the expressway between Chongqing and Guiyang will also be reduced from more than 4 hours to about 3 hours.
Dazu to RongchangChuan-Chongqing boundary shortened to about 20 minutes
The Danei Expressway and He'an Expressway are important traffic corridors in the main axis development belt of Chengdu and Chongqing. The Danei Expressway opens up the high-speed corridor from Chongqing to Neijiang, improves the efficiency of road network conversion, supports the construction of a modern high-quality comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network, and builds a "1-hour traffic circle".

The Danei Expressway starts from Huangqiao Village, Baoxing Town, Dazu District, and enters Neijiang City, Sichuan Province, west through Rongchang District, with a total length of 50 kilometers, of which the Chongqing section is 31 kilometers long, with a total investment of 3.3 billion yuan. The Chongqing section of the Danei Expressway passes through two districts and 6 towns of Dazu and Rongchang, and is designed with 4 lanes in both directions and a speed of 120 kilometers per hour. The Chongqing section of the Danei Expressway adopts the BOT+EPC construction management model, and the Danei Expressway Co., Ltd., which is jointly established by Chongqing Expressway Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Construction Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Dazu State-owned Assets Operation and Management Co., Ltd. in proportion to the capital contribution, is responsible for the construction.
The Chongqing section of the Danei Expressway intersects with the existing Yurong Expressway and Tongrong Expressway respectively, and can be connected to Yurong Expressway at the Huangqiao Hub and transferred to the Tongrong Expressway at the Tieqiao Hub. There are 4 toll stations on the whole line, namely three-wheel drive toll station, Jijia toll station, Tonggu toll station and Wujia toll station; 1 tonggu parking area. At present, the Tonggu Toll Station, tonggu parking area, and Wujia interchange to the end of the standard are temporarily closed.
The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Transportation Bureau said that after the Opening of the Chongqing section of the Danei Expressway, the driving time from Dazu to Rongchangchuan-Chongqing boundary was shortened from about 50 minutes (taking the old road) to about 20 minutes; after the Opening of the Sichuan Section, the expressway mileage from Dazu to Neijiang will be shortened from 90 kilometers to 50 kilometers, and the time will be shortened from 1 hour to about 30 minutes. At the same time, Chongqing to the west along the Yurong Expressway, Danei Expressway to the Inner Rongwei, Longhan Expressway can be directly to Leshan, Chongqing to Emei Mountain time is also expected to be reduced from 4.5 hours to 3 hours, becoming the best way to travel to western Sichuan.
It is worth mentioning that the Danei Expressway makes the location advantages of Dazu and Rongchang more prominent, which is conducive to the in-depth development of tourism and cultural resources along the Route such as Dazu Rock Carvings, Longshui Lake, Yulongshan National Forest Park, Rongchang Eight Scenic Spots, Wanling Ancient Town, Changzhou Hometown, etc., and expands to the fields of infrastructure construction, industrial development, ecological protection, social security and other fields, deepens linkage cooperation, complementary sharing with neighboring cities and counties in Sichuan, and jointly promotes the development of central Chengdu and Chongqing.

He'an Expressway is the fourth high-speed corridor between Chengdu and Chongqing after Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway, Chengdu-Sui-Chongqing Expressway and Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway, and is also a convenient and fast direct passage connecting Chengdu Tianfu New Area and Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport.

The project starts from Caojie Street in Hechuan District, sets up Shuangfeng Hub Interchange and connects with the Third Ring Expressway, crosses the Qujiang River and Jialing River to the west, enters the territory of Tongnan District through Dashi Street and Taihe Town, passes through Shanghe Town, Longzhi Town, Guilin Town, Shuangjiang Town, Chonggong Town, crosses the Fujiang River and Qiongjiang River, and ends at the Sichuan-Chongqing Boundary of Chonggong Town, Tongnan District, and connects with the Sichuan Zitong Expressway.
The total length of the project is 95 kilometers, four lanes in both directions, and the design speed is 100 kilometers per hour. Among them, the section from the Shuangjiang Hub to the Sichuan-Chongqing boundary was completed and opened to traffic on April 30 this year, and the Sichuan section was opened to traffic at the end of last year. The opening of the traffic marks the completion and opening of the fourth high-speed corridor in the Chengdu-Chongqing area.
The Chongqing section of he'an Expressway has 8 ramp toll stations: Yunmen North, Dashi, Taihe, Longxing (left and right), Longzhuang, Tongnanbei, Xinlin and Chonggong. The Parking Area of Chonggong provides services such as parking, supermarkets, toilets, boiling water, snacks, etc.; 1 Longxing Service Area only provides toilet services for the time being; and the Dashi Parking Area is temporarily closed (because it does not have the conditions for opening it).

The relevant person in charge of China Railway Construction Chongqing Investment Group said that after the project is opened, it will take only 1 hour from Chongqing Hechuan to Sichuan Anyue, and the whole journey from Chongqing Liangjiang New Area to Chengdu Tianfu New Area will take about 2.5 hours, which is of great significance to the coordinated development of the twin-city economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing region. It can not only string together the tourism resources in Tongnan and Hechuan, but also develop in groups with Suining City, Meishan City and Ziyang Tourism, forming a synergy, forming a multi-directional tourism route, expanding the radiation range of tourism resources in the region, and driving the rapid development of tourism along the route and surrounding areas.

The project starts from Caojie Street in Hechuan District, sets up Shuangfeng Hub Interchange and connects with the Third Ring Expressway, crosses the Qujiang River and Jialing River to the west, enters the territory of Tongnan District through Dashi Street and Taihe Town, passes through Shanghe Town, Longzhi Town, Guilin Town, Shuangjiang Town, Chonggong Town, crosses the Fujiang River and Qiongjiang River, and ends at the Sichuan-Chongqing Boundary of Chonggong Town, Tongnan District, and connects with the Sichuan Zitong Expressway. The total length is 95 kilometers, with a total investment of 9.5 billion yuan, two-way four lanes, and a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour. Among them, the section from the Shuangjiang Hub to the Sichuan-Chongqing boundary was completed and opened to traffic on April 30 this year, and the Sichuan section was opened to traffic at the end of last year.

On December 24, news from the Municipal Transportation Bureau said that this year, the city has accelerated the construction of a strong traffic city, and the construction of the expressway has run out of "acceleration".
With the completion and opening of the Chongqing section of the Chongqing-Guizhou Expressway, the Chongqing section of the Dazu-Sichuan Neijiang Expressway, and the Chongqing section of the Hechuan-Sichuan Anyue Expressway, this year, the city has built a total of 7 439-kilometer expressways, including the Chongqing-Changchun Double Line Expressway, the Third Ring Expressway, the Shiqian Expressway, the Kaizhou Section of the Chengkai Expressway, and the Chongqing-Qianqian Fuxing Line, He'an and Danei Expressway (Chongqing Section).
As of December 24, the total length of expressways in the city reached 3841 kilometers, and the number of interprovincial exit channels of expressways reached 27, of which 20 were sichuan-Chongqing interprovincial expressway channels, 16 had been completed, and 4 were under construction.
