Compared with the butter hot pot in Chongqing, the taste of Chengdu qingyou hot pot is more complex and changeable. If the Chongqing butter hot pot is the Shaolin Hercules King Kong palm, which is open and strong, and the power is fierce, then the Chengdu Qingyou hot pot is the Dali Six-Pulse Excalibur, which is dexterous and changeable, and the power is also extraordinary.

In my leisure time in Chengdu, going to the Wuhou Ancestral Hall to hang on to the ancients is something I must do.
I remember watching the TV series "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" when I was a child, Mr. Kong Ming's immortal death, I cried a lot, and my nose was bubbling. In junior high school, the Chinese textbook "Former Teacher's Table" can be memorized in an hour, and it has not been forgotten to this day.

Cold pot skewers, although it is cold, is actually hot. Choose a good skewer, after the store is boiled, put it in the red soup pot and bring it to the table, the red soup base, the waves are not alarming, the noodles are like a flat lake, but when you eat, you have to pay attention, be careful to burn your tongue!

Spicy rabbit head is a feature of Chengdu cuisine, and Chengdu people aptly call it "nibbling rabbit brain shell".
To be honest, nibbling on the rabbit's head, I resisted. I am not used to eating foods that can be linked to this animal, especially various heads, such as chicken heads, duck heads, etc.

When it comes to eating brains, the brain flowers are the "gourmet mountains" that I have not been able to conquer so far.
Brain flowers are probably the food that is farthest away from my heart. A friend in Chengdu told me that if you can eat all the bean flowers, you can eat the brain flowers.
But the brain flower does have a fishy smell, although there are spicy and fragrant condiments, but it is too spicy, drink a sip of ice water, the fishy smell of the brain flower is all hooked.
Impostor dish
When it comes to the word "risk", in my opinion, it should mean that it is hot.
A fake dish is a person's hot pot, and a hot pot is a group of people's fake dish. It can be seen that the fake dish is the most suitable for travelers like me to eat alone.
When I was in Chengdu, a person ran a business, and my stomach grunted, so I came to a dish sacrifice to the Five Visceral Temple. Don't care about the size of the storefront, a lot of people is a good place.

In my northeast view, this impostor should be the ancestor of the spicy and hot in the northeast, but we are used to a spoonful of sesame sauce, and eating the impostor is sprinkled with green onions, coriander and Sichuan tempeh, the taste is more intense, the spicy taste is complex and changeable, and eating a portion is a big sweat.

We northeasterners love to eat dumplings, and Chengdu's zhongshui dumplings have also captured my heart. Zhong dumplings, pay attention to thin skin, fine material, tender filling, fresh taste, pure meat filling, mixing red oil, sesame oil, red soy sauce, spicy in the sweet, sweet with fresh, rich garlic, is not a large amount, I can kill three parts by myself. In Chengdu, eating the "three cannons" is a fun and delicious thing.
