Zhang Xiaobo said that the wave of Internet of Everything is driving the demand for computing power at a high speed, and the on-board E/E architecture is facing changes, and the transformation from domain controllers to central computing architectures has gradually become a trend. Under the development of automatic driving, algorithms, computing power, and safety have put forward the common needs of the industry. He pointed out that the product characteristics of automobiles in the past represented by performance, cost and safety will be replaced by intelligence. Therefore, it is necessary to have a high-computing power platform to cope with the performance and industrial upgrading of the era of automatic driving

At present, the development path of autonomous driving computing is mainly based on computing power + algorithms and data, and most of the traditional car factories and Tier1 purchase chips such as NVIDIA and Qualcomm, with self-developed systems or procurement of full-stack solutions such as Huawei and DJI. Zhang Xiaobo stressed that only by mastering the customized central computing chip + self-developed system can we grasp the future of the industry.

Zhang Xiaobo introduced that in August this year, Anmou Technology officially released the "two-wheel drive" strategy, on the one hand, it continued to promote the localization and ecological development of arm CPU architecture; on the other hand, it launched the new business brand of "Core Power", focusing on independent research and development, creating independently architected XPU products and diversified ecology, and cooperating with the innovative development of independent architecture XPU with CPU IP to provide diversified, customized computing units that meet the needs of China's industry and market. Anmou Technology defines XPUs as an "open intelligent data flow fusion computing platform".

XPU based on Hyper Domain Architecture (xDSA) can compose different solutions for different applications and integrate computing units that process AI, video, image and other functions to solve the processing efficiency and power consumption problems of massive intelligent data streams and meet the diversified needs of customers.

The CPU+XPU converged computing platform will provide core power for Thermo Technology's next-generation intelligent data stream computing. From CPUs to NPUs, VPU to ISPs, converged computing can intelligently fuse various computing elements, reducing the power consumption generated between data stream movements. At the same time, we provide diversified, intelligent and customized overall solutions to the market, including tools, software, design services, etc.

In terms of XPU ecological construction, in July this year, Anmou Technology and leading enterprises in the industry launched the "Intelligent Computing Industry Technology Innovation Consortium" (ONIA), and jointly released the world's first open source neural network processor instruction set architecture (NPU ISA). ONIA includes representative forces of China's integrated circuit industry, learning, research and other aspects, and the total number of member units has exceeded 100.

Zhang Xiaobo said that the core + system is the soul of the entire technology, hoping to help the development of the semiconductor industry and the automotive industry.
