On December 24, FAW Toyota Corolla Sharp Release officially opened reservations. Based on the Toyota TNGA-C platform, the Corolla Release is positioned as a new compact SUV, and the positioning of the new car is higher than the Ize IZUA and lower than the RAV4 Rongfang. The new car adopts the design of the American Corolla Cross in terms of appearance, and is equipped with a 2.0L engine in terms of power.
In terms of appearance, FAW Toyota Corolla Sharp Fang adopts the design of the American version of the Corolla Cross, and the front face of the new car adopts a large-mouth trapezoidal grille, and the interior is supplemented by a dot matrix design style, equipped with a thick black front surround. The headlights of the entry-level models use halogen light sources, and the medium and high-end models are equipped with LED light source headlight groups and LED daytime running lights.
On the side of the body, the Corolla Sharpen adopts a strong crossover style, equipped with a black decorative kit. In terms of the tail, the tail design of the Corolla Sharp Fang echoes the front face, using a narrow tail light group, a trapezoidal license plate frame and a black rear surround, and the "Corolla Cross" English logo is used on the tail light group and tail trim of the new car. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the Corolla Sharp Amplifier are 4460*1825*1620mm, and the wheelbase is 2640mm.
In terms of interior, Corolla Ruifang is equipped with a 4.2-inch LCD display + 9-inch touch-type central control screen, equipped with Functions such as Toyota Zhixing Interconnection and AI Voice Interaction, and the whole series is equipped with Toyota TSS2.0 Zhixing security system and 7 airbags as standard.
In terms of power, FAW Toyota Corolla Relett is equipped with a 2.0L engine with a maximum power of 126 kW (171 hp) and a peak torque of 209 Nm, matching the CVT gearbox. In terms of chassis, the new car uses front McPherson independent suspension and rear torque beam non-independent suspension.
