Going to work at 7:30 a.m. every morning and leaving at 8:30 p.m. can blow up 130 "deca" in a day. Technicians can get 7,000 yuan per month, and ordinary staff can get 3,000 yuan per month.

The 48-year-old Renzeng Wangmu has not been able to find a suitable job because she has to take care of the elderly and children at home, and used to be mainly responsible for transporting her children to and from school, but now she is very happy to join the team that makes "Deca".
