In order to allow the relocated people to achieve employment at the doorstep of their homes and increase their economic income, in 2020, the Enhuiyuan community in Chengguan District, Lhasa City, applied for the business license of "Chengdong Dekasai Shop" to train residents in skills, teach them to learn to make "Deka" and "Kasai", and sell them.

Kneading, rolling, frying... On January 20, the reporter came to the Grace Garden community and saw that residents were busy in the makeshift tents. "Out of the pot, these 'Deca' can be sent over." One by one, the golden "Deca" was moved into the tent next door, and the reporter walked into the tent to see that the "Deca" and "Kasai" were neatly stacked up and covered with newspapers, and Tsering Bazhu, director of the Community Neighborhood Committee of Enhuiyuan, told reporters, "When these 'Deca' and 'Kasai' are dried and packaged, they can be sold." ”

"We contacted some neighborhood committees in the surrounding communities in advance, and we can go to sell them when the time comes." At the same time, 'Deca' and 'Kasai' are also sold internally at low prices, so that the relocated people in our community can buy New Year goods at a low price. Tsering Bazhu said.

The reporter learned that the production of "Deca" and "Kasai" began in mid-January, and there were two technicians and 22 ordinary staff members who made "Deca". Going to work at 7:30 a.m. every morning and leaving at 8:30 p.m. can blow up 130 "deca" in a day. Technicians can get 7,000 yuan per month, and ordinary staff can get 3,000 yuan per month.

The 48-year-old Renzeng Wangmu has not been able to find a suitable job because she has to take care of the elderly and children at home, and used to be mainly responsible for transporting her children to and from school, but now she is very happy to join the team that makes "Deca".

"I'm usually just in charge of picking up and dropping off my children, but now that I have this job, I not only increase my income, but I can also take care of my family at any time." Renzen Wangmu said.

The reporter learned that in recent years, the Enhuiyuan community has continuously increased its follow-up support for the relocated masses by setting up cooperatives and carrying out skills training, and has gone all out to provide more and better jobs for the relocated masses, effectively promoting the relocated masses to achieve the goal of getting rich.
