According to the French media "Team Newspaper", C Ronaldo donated a signed Portuguese national team jersey, and the proceeds of the jersey auction will be used to help the victims after the volcanic eruption on the island of La Palma in Spain.
The jersey also bears Cristiano Ronaldo's message: "Even the energy of the volcano cannot beat La Palma, and I fully support this beautiful island."
The auction ceremony will take place on 24 December and the proceeds will be distributed by the island's government department.
