On the other hand, the southern plot of land has been towering over the ground. At present, the structure has been capped here, and it is entering the supporting construction stage, and all construction will be completed as soon as the end of the year.

It is reported that the southern plot plans to build 8 18-storey residential buildings, all of which are relocation and resettlement housing. The total number of resettlement households is 1044, of which 180 households are 120-125 square meters, 396 households are 90-95 square meters, and 468 households are 60-65 square meters.
It involves the resettlement of residents of land parcels that have been relocated and expropriated, including the northern extension of the Jinlang Highway, the flood control standards in the western river basin, and the comprehensive improvement of the environment in Tojing Village.
In addition, the construction of resettlement houses in Shui Shang Hua Ting is also in progress and is expected to be completed next year.

The overall progress of the relocation housing is now 50%, and the current stage is mainly based on the construction of the concrete piece, and there are a total of 5 resettlement houses in the whole project, with 18 floors, 16 floors, 13 floors, 9 floors and 6 floors respectively.
In the Xinnong area, the third phase of the relocation and resettlement housing in the three villages of Xinzhou in Zhujing Town is also being promoted in an orderly manner. Upon completion here, the issue of local relocation will be mainly solved.
