On December 17, CHIPWAYS announced that it had completed the A+ round of financing of 300 million yuan. The round of financing was led by the well-known semiconductor industry fund Wu Yuefeng, and jointly participated by well-known industry and industry funds such as Yuanhe Chongyuan, Linxin Investment, lianhe capital and so on. This round of financing will be mainly used for the serialization of vehicle-grade sensing and control chips.

Founded in 2014, CHIPWAYS is the earliest domestic intelligent sensing and control chip design company focusing on automotive specifications, and is the only semiconductor chip design company in China that has participated in the "13th Five-Year Plan" and the 14th Five-Year Plan "Energy Conservation and New Energy Technology Roadmap" of the Automotive Engineering Association of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; the founding governing unit of the China Automotive Chip Industry Innovation Strategic Alliance, and the high-quality member unit of the Shanghai Pudong Automotive Electronics Innovation and Intelligent Industry Alliance. At the same time as completing the financing, CHIPWAYS also released a one-stop vehicle-grade chip kit solution for the new energy battery management system automotive electronic system. As the only automotive semiconductor manufacturer in China to achieve mass production of ASIL-B and ASIL-C grades, CHIPWAYS can provide customers with "turnkey" solutions for BMS, including: vehicle-grade BMS AFE analog front-end sampling series chips, vehicle-grade BMS digital isolation communication interface series chips, vehicle-grade 32-bit microcontroller MCU series chips, and corresponding tools, algorithms, software and hardware solutions and services.
