Great-granddaughter fell in love, first talked about a black person and then talked about a Japanese, Ma Hongkui: No! Not even more so

Ma Hongkui, one of the "four horses" of the northwestern warlords, first attached himself to Feng Yuxiang, then defected to Chiang Kai-shek, served as the chairman of Ningxia Province for seventeen years, combined military and political power, and was known as the "Emperor of The Soil" of Ningxia. He was awarded the rank of general of the Army, and was awarded the Order of the Clouds of the First Class, the Victory Medal. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, he was the deputy commander of the 8th Theater and the commander-in-chief of the 17th Group Army, and later served as the deputy commander of the Northwest Military and Political Department and the deputy director of the Northwest March.

On October 14, 1949, Ma Hongkui and his wife and concubine flew to Taiwan, and Ma Hongkui was accused by Taiwan's "Ministry of National Defense" Vice Minister Guo Jiyao and Ma Bufang's father and son, demanding that he be responsible for the defeat in the northwest. Soon after, the Taiwan authorities issued a punishment for "removing him from his post and investigating the office." Ma Hongkui was disheartened and decided to leave. He first sent his fourth aunt, Liu Muxia, to Hong Kong for "treatment," and soon reported that he was critically ill, and Ma Hongkui took a leave of absence to leave Taiwan for Hong Kong, and then "went to the United States for medical treatment, and then stayed in Los Angeles for a long time. In October 1950, he and his family lived in the suburbs of Los Angeles.

Great-granddaughter fell in love, first talked about a black person and then talked about a Japanese, Ma Hongkui: No! Not even more so

Ma Hongkui's life in his later years was very bleak, and the three aunts who went to the United States with him were Liu Muxia, Zou Deyi, and Zhao Lanxiang, liu Muxia belonged to the same "steward" as in the past, and the contradiction between Zou Deyi and Zou Deyi was very large, and he often withheld Zou Deyi's money. Zou Deyi often quarreled about this, and the two made the Ma family a miasma and could not be at peace. Later, Zou Deyi divorced Ma Hongkui and married a Chinese-American professor, and only Zhao Lanxiang devoted himself to serving Ma Hongkui. Zhao Lanxiang had no children, so he took Ma Hongkui's great-granddaughter and Ma Jiahua's daughter Ma Ailing with him from an early age, and it seemed that she had come out.

When the Ma family moved to Los Angeles, Ma Jiahua wanted to bring Back Ma Ailing, but Ma Hongkui disagreed and had a big quarrel with his grandson Ma Jiahua. Ma Jiahua saw that there was no hope of returning his daughter, so he sued Ma Hongkui in court and claimed custody of his daughter, but Ma Hongkui lost the case. After Ma Ailing left, Ma Hongkui was full of grief and indignation, and many diseases in his daily life occurred together and he could not afford to lie down. Because Ma Ailing was separated from her parents for a long time, she had some anger towards her parents, and she was not used to it, and soon returned to Ma Hongkui's side, and Ma Hongkui's condition improved somewhat.

Soon, Ma Ailing reached the age of love, the first object she found was a black man, Ma Hongkui resolutely opposed, Ma Ailing had no choice but to give up. After some time, Ma Ailing found a Japanese, this Japanese who had moved to the United States for the first three generations, was a Japanese American, worked in the government department, and the conditions were OK. But when Ma Ailing told Ma Hongkui the news, Ma Hongkui immediately became angry, claiming that the Japanese had a "family hatred and national hatred" with them, and they could not do it. Ma Ailing said that the first three generations of the people had already moved to the United States and had nothing to do with the Eight-Power Alliance's war of aggression against China and the Japanese war of aggression against China, but Ma Hongkui was still unable to do so, claiming that as long as she was Japanese, she could not marry, so Ma Ailing broke off and looked for it again. Ma Hongkui was born as a warlord, had a bad temper, and although he was in his twilight years, he was still very domineering, and Ma Ailing did not dare to say much, and could only secretly get along with Japanese youth behind his back.

Ma Hongkui's "family hatred and national hatred" with the Japanese mainly refers to Ma Fulu. In 1900, the Eight-Power Coalition, led by the Then British Empire, the United States of America, the French Third Republic, the German Empire, the Russian Empire, the Empire of Japan, the Kingdom of Italy, and the Austro-Hungarian Empire, divided up and plundered China in the name of suppressing the Boxers. Ma Fulu was the elder brother of Ma Fuxiang, the commander-in-chief of the Anning Camp in the late Qing Dynasty, and was known as the Northwest Three Horses along with Ma Fuxiang and Ma Fushou. According to the "Chronicle of Gansu Characters": "The Fulu Wuren also, martyrdom does not dare to love his death, is not the light of the Wulong nation." ”

The Eight-Power Coalition invaded, and Ma Fulu participated with Dong Fuxiang in the fight against the Eight-Power Alliance. In June of that year, Ma Fulu led his troops to set up an ambush in Langfang, and more than 2,000 invading troops led by British Admiral Seymour were beaten to the point of haste and fled, with countless casualties. In August, the invading army gathered 20,000 heavy troops and attacked Beijing, and Ma Fulu was ordered to guard the Zhengyang Gate. The enemy's enemy concentrated artillery fire to attack the dongbianmen, dongzhimen, and Chaoyangmen successively, and the arrow tower on the fourth floor of the Zhengyang Gate was cut into two floors, and most of the troops suffered casualties, but Ma Fulu still refused to leave, determined to repay the country with his own body.

The invading army used the British Embassy as a base and set up 10 fences in front of the city to force the Zhengyang Gate to seize the commanding heights. Ma Fulu ordered his brother Ma Fuxiang to lead the crowd to attack the fence, fight fiercely for three days, and seize the second gate; and then supervise the battle, and for several days he took seven fences in a row, leaving only one fence to fall. By the night of June 6, heavy rain suddenly fell, and the invading army took the opportunity to counterattack and capture the Zhengyang Gate City Tower. Ma Fulu personally led his elite troops into the enemy position, killed more than a hundred enemies, shouted a leaping fence, and suddenly a missile shot in from his mouth, and Ma Fulu was martyred. It was from here that ma Hongkui's "family hatred and national hatred" was formed, and the Ma Hongkui family gradually developed from this.

It can be seen that Ma Hongkui has clearly remembered this matter, which is also the pride and glory of his family. Grandpa did not let me find it, so I waited until January 1970, after Ma Hongkui's death, Ma Ailing married a Japanese youth. We say that As an old warlord, Ma Hongkui was able to remember this in his later years, which is somewhat "disciplined."

As for Ma Fulu, the enemy retreated and was buried in the Sanlihe Mosque outside the Fucheng Gate in Beijing, and the Qing court posthumously honored him as the General of Zhenwei. In 1950, Beijing expanded the airport, and the Ma Fulu cemetery in Sanlihe was also requisitioned, and his son Ma Hongbin transported his remains back to his hometown for burial. In April 1996, the Linxia Prefecture Party Committee and the Prefecture People's Government listed the Ma Fulu Cemetery as a patriotic education base for the whole state.
