The difference is that the Doctor's Edition focuses on the accounting process of gestational age and offers a variety of accounting methods.
The Mom Version only needs to enter the due date told by the doctor to automatically calculate the current gestational age.
BaoMa version is currently in the 1.0 stage, and the follow-up will also iteratively increase the function of obstetric reminder and real-time science popularization.
Let's take a quick look at the function panel
First, only blank cells on the panel can be entered, and the rest of the area needs to be disabled from editing.
The first blank cell is the drop-down menu, select the gestational age calculation method.
There are several different accounting methods according to the last menstrual period, the date of embryo implantation, the date of first pregnancy, the expected date of delivery, and several different ways.
When selecting "Last Menstrual Date, Three-Day Embryo Implantation Date, Five-Day Embryo Implantation Date, First Trimester Color Date", the "Expected Date" and "Current Gestational Week" will be automatically calculated above.
Only when the accounting method is "First Trimester Date" is selected, the two blank cells after "Ultrasound Prompt Pregnancy Week" will play a role.
When the accounting method selects "By expected date of delivery", the "last menstrual period" and "current gestational week" will be automatically calculated above

The gestational age accounting tool for first trimester ultrasound is mainly used for some first-trimester ultrasound reports that do not indicate the gestational age corresponding to the report at the time of diagnosis. We can calculate the corresponding gestational week of the day of the color ultrasound from the diameter of the gestational sac and the length of the parietal buttocks described in the report.
Note: Here the diameter of the gestational sac needs to be calculated as an average.
For example, color ultrasound prompts that 5 * 8 mm gestational sac-like echo is seen in the womb, and no germ is seen.
The diameter of the gestational sac you need to enter is (5+8)/2=6.5mm=0.65cm≈0.7cm
Finally rounded to exactly 1 decimal place in centimeters, the diameter input value of the gestational sac is 0.7.
(Entering 0.65 will not be calculated)
About the length of the top buttocks: In some color ultrasound reports only write the length of the germ, here the length of the germ ≈ the length of the top buttocks.
The unit is cm, accurate to 2 decimal places.
The value range is "0.55~7.83cm", <0.55cm or >7.83cm will not be calculated.
