You guys are running beautifully!

"Save my father!" At 3:50 p.m. on December 13, a man rushed into the emergency room of the First People's Hospital in Hefei, Anhui Province, in a panic, saying that his father had a sudden asthma attack at a pharmacy opposite the hospital and was in urgent need of rescue.

Surveillance footage showed that at 3:52, two nurses and the man rushed out of the emergency room door pushing a flat cart and running in the direction of the pharmacy opposite the hospital. Soon, two more nurses rushed out, followed by them.

At 3:55 a.m., four nurses pushed the patient back to the emergency room. In less than 5 minutes, the asthma patient with an acute attack won golden rescue time.

You guys are running beautifully!

In the afternoon of the same day, the man's cry for help was heard by the emergency department nurses Chen Aman and Xiao Xiali, who rushed out of the emergency room with a flat cart for the first time. Huang Shuyun, a nurse who was patrolling the emergency hall, quickly ran to the rescue room to get an oxygen bag and an oxygen mask, and Zhao Yue, a nurse in the emergency room, followed closely behind and ran towards the pharmacy. When the nurses rushed to the pharmacy, they found that the patient was bruised, delirious, short of breath, and in a very critical condition. The nurses immediately put on a mask for oxygen and worked together to carry him to a flat car and return him to the hospital for rescue.

The patient's son, Mr. Ma, recalled that at that time, the father and son were buying medicine at the pharmacy opposite the first hospital in the city, but the father had an acute asthma attack, could not breathe, and his face was purple. "I immediately ran to the emergency department of a hospital opposite for help." Mr. Ma said that thanks to the timely rescue of the nurses, his father was able to escape from danger.

After the patient was pushed into the emergency room, the receiving doctor Zhu Yi immediately rescued the patient, gave a mask for high-flow oxygen inhalation, monitored vital signs and established an intravenous indwelling channel, and the nurse followed the doctor's instructions to administer the drug for the patient and accompanied the relevant examination throughout the process, and performed endotracheal intubation and suction. At 4:30 p.m., the patient's consciousness was cleared and the rescue was successful. The patient is currently hospitalized in the Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine Department of the hospital for further treatment.

The hospital's doctors suggest that asthma is a heterogeneous disease characterized by chronic airway inflammation and airway hyperreactivity, with recurrent wheezing, cough, shortness of breath, and chest tightness as the main clinical manifestations. Asthma is likely to flare up suddenly, and patients must seek medical attention in time.

In times of crisis, thank you for running so beautifully!
