Among them, the Second Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center of the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Justice (hereinafter referred to as the Second Compulsory Rehabilitation Center) is one of the five selected places in the province.
Refusing to introduce, since the establishment of the national unified basic model of judicial and administrative drug rehabilitation work in 2018, the Second Institute of Compulsory Rehabilitation has closely focused on the established goal of building a high-quality national unified drug rehabilitation model, and gradually formed a drug rehabilitation work system of governing the institute according to law, humanistic management, scientific drug rehabilitation, and comprehensive correction from the layout of the "four districts and five centers", the construction of software and hardware, the allocation of talents to the construction of operating mechanisms.

High standards of construction of drug rehabilitation medical, educational correction, psychological correction, rehabilitation training, diagnostic evaluation and other five centers, equipped with a new X-ray machine, color ultrasound, biochemical instrument, blood cell meter evaluation software, biofeedback instrument, drug addiction tester and music therapy, sand table and other professional facilities and equipment, set up electrical skills training examination room, computer training room and anti-drug exhibition room, reading room psychological counseling room, psychometric room, psychological treatment room and group counseling room and other functional rooms, and developed a comprehensive law enforcement platform for intelligent drug rehabilitation. In addition to the complete hardware equipment, Qiang Jie II has also made sufficient efforts in the "software" aspect. At present, the second institute of compulsory rehabilitation is equipped with 23 full-time and part-time teachers, 34 psychological counselors, 16 rehabilitation coaches, 22 drug rehabilitation medical personnel, including 1 psychiatric practitioner.
It is worth noting that the institute has continuously explored boldly in scientific rehabilitation, insisted on carrying out research on VR technology detoxification, sports rehabilitation detoxification, music therapy, etc., and in the past three years, a total of 18 detoxification cases have been selected into the Ministry of Justice's detoxification case database, of which 2 have been rated as selected cases, and 1 research result has been published in the core journal Psychological Research.
At the same time, we have actively implemented the responsibility of "who enforces the law and popularizes the law", successively carried out nearly 100 anti-drug propaganda activities, and carried out anti-drug propaganda in various forms, with a cumulative audience of 350,000 people; vigorously carried out help and education, carried out "seamless integration" extension and assistance for 7 consecutive years, formed a brand project, came to help 683 social workers, received a total of 3510 people to help and educate drug rehabilitation, opened up the last kilometer of drug rehabilitation work, and further improved the withdrawal rate of drug rehabilitation personnel.
