The exhibition is divided into three chapters: "The Dawn of Dawn", "Full of Stars", and "Moon Stars Are Rare", which respectively select 28 important sites that appear on the land of China, and more comprehensively show the historical development process of "Early China", which has been ups and downs, magnificent and lasted for nearly 2,000 years: from 6,000 years ago, there are signs of the origin of civilization in Sites such as Dawenkou; to around 5300 to 3800, Majiayao, Shiya, Tao Temple and other settlements and ancient civilizations are dotted around; and then to around 3800 years ago The Central Plains formed a wide-area monarchy represented by the Erlitou culture.
