Oracle intends to buy Senna for $30 billion

According to Sina Technology, Oracle is reportedly negotiating the acquisition of medical information company Senna, with a transaction value of $30 billion.

The two sides may soon reach an agreement that will be the largest acquisition deal Oracle has ever made. As early as May this year, it was reported that Senna may be a target for acquisitions, and potential buyers include Microsoft, Google (GOOG. US) and Oracle.
