Distributed on this more than 180-kilometer-long section of the Yellow River, dozens of dangerous sections, control and guidance projects and yellow gates, each of which must be carefully surveyed. Whether the reserves of flood control materials on each project, and even the stacking of stone materials are accurate and standardized, the configuration of the switches on the special communication lines and even the layout of each telephone must be accurate one by one, and there is no room for sloppiness.
