Units or property service enterprises in residential areas are required to discover that the fire truck passage and the fire truck ascending operation site are occupied, they shall promptly stop it, report it to the relevant departments and dredge it.

What needs special attention is that Sichuan will also establish a joint law enforcement punishment mechanism, learn from the public security traffic police department's illegal capture and sticker punishment methods, and explore the establishment of a simple punishment mechanism for fire truck passages on the basis of the pilot in Dazhou. Together with departments such as for housing construction, commerce, public security, and comprehensive law enforcement, draft joint inspection plans for fire truck passages, establish information sharing mechanisms, implement joint disciplinary action, and include relevant investigations and handling on units and individual credit platforms as appropriate. At the same time, because the Sichuan fire water supply pipe network is mainly based on the urban living water supply pipe network, the leakage of the pipe network will cause great waste of water resources, and will also affect the amount of water used for fire fighting and water pressure. At the same time, focusing on the actual management and maintenance of public fire fighting facilities, for the following 8 types of specific illegal acts existing in units and individuals, fire rescue agencies will order them to correct according to law and implement corresponding fines and penalties.
