As of 14:16 on December 16, 2021, the weather on the section of the Jiuquan Highway Undertaking Development Center in Gansu Province was sunny, and except for the section affected by the quarantine and construction of the epidemic, other roads were normal.

Affected roads:

1. From 15:50 on January 25, 2021, affected by the epidemic, at the G30 Lianhuo Expressway from Guazhou to Xingxingxia (K2818+650-K2816+650) (Xingxingxia Service Area), public security checkpoints and epidemic prevention inspectors occupy lanes and overtaking lanes to disinfect passing vehicles, and measure the body temperature of drivers and passengers one by one to check nucleic acid test reports, and vehicle traffic is slow. The emergency lane is normal. Normal traffic is expected to resume on June 30, 2022 at 18:00.

At 18:31 on October 22, 2021, our center received the report of the Aksai Highway section, and the Office of the Joint Leading Group for the Joint Control of COVID-19 in Aksai Kazakh Autonomous County notified that the G215 line K620+200-K624+400 section (cross of the gas station in Aksai County to the exit of Aksai County) was temporarily closed, and the detour plan was: 1. Vehicles heading to Qinghai entered the G571 line at K620+200 and drove to the G571 line K56+ 638 (intersection with G215 line) enters G215 line. 2. Vehicles heading for Dunhuang enter the G571 line at G215 line K624+400, drive to the intersection with the G215 line, and enter the G215 line.

3. At 18:31 on October 22, 2021, our center received the report of the Aksay Highway section, and the office of the leading group for joint control of new crown pneumonia in Subei County notified that traffic control would be carried out at the K7+800 of line G571 (the entrance and exit of Subei County), and the specific opening hours would be open to traffic according to the notice of the office of the joint control leading group for new crown pneumonia (no detour plan).

Construction section:

1. From April 15, 2021, the road surface upgrading and reconstruction work will be carried out on the section from Qidun to Guazhou of the former G312 line (K3083+750--K3150+024.315). During the construction period, traffic control measures will be implemented, (Detour plan: 1. Passing vehicles going from east to west along National Highway G312 to Guazhou will enter the G30 Lianhuo Expressway from the Bridge Bay Toll Station and exit from the Guazhou Toll Station. 2. Passing vehicles along National Highway G312 from west to east to Yumen, from the Guazhou toll station to the G30 Lianhuo Expressway, from the Qiaowan toll station. 3. Residents of Xiaowan Farm can pass through Lianghu Township to and from Guazhou County 4. Vehicles to and from Qiaodong Wind Farm, Guazhou local agricultural products transport vehicles, fire emergency and medical first aid vehicles, etc., in accordance with the guided direction along the second phase of the construction road. 5. Local residents south of Bronki and the Twin Towers can use the original township roads to make a detour in the direction of Qiaowan and Guazhou. Normal traffic is expected to resume on April 30, 2022 at 18:00.

2. From 8:00 on July 18, 2021, the K454+130-K458+230 section of the G213 Mohan Line will be implemented by Suzhou District Construction Investment Co., Ltd. to extend the road construction of the interconnection line, and during the construction period, the road section will be fully closed and occupied, and the passing vehicles will drive according to the detour plan. (Detour plan: 1, Jinta to Jiuquan to Zongzhai direction of large vehicles: the access vehicle at the G213 line and S214 line (Botanical Garden intersection) turn right into the S214 line (Jiujin Road) to Jiuquan East toll gate, enter from lanzhou direction, from north to south at the G30 Lianhuo Expressway Zongzhai intersection, through the detour section. 2. Large vehicles from Zongzhai to Jiuquan to Jinta: The vehicles enter from Jiuquan on the G312 line Zongzhai intersection at the highway, drive from east to west, drive into the S65 Suhang Expressway at the intersection of the G30 Lianhuo Expressway and the S65 Suhang Expressway, drive out at the Jiuquan East Exit, and drive from east to west at the intersection of G213 line and S214 line (botanical garden intersection) and turn right into the G213 line through the detour section. 3. Jinta to Jiuquan to Jiuquan Expressway intersection, Jiayuguan direction, Zongzhai direction of large vehicles: the vehicle at the intersection of G213 Line and North Binhe Road turned right through Jiuyin Road, Z113 Line, at the intersection of North Binhe Road and G312 Line (Feitian Road) to Jiayuguan vehicle turned right, through the detour section; to Jiuquan Expressway intersection, Vehicles in the direction of Zongzhai turn left at the intersection of North Binhe Road and G312 Line (Feitian Road) into G312 Line (Feitian Road) from north to south on Feitian Road to the intersection of Feitian Road and Suzhou District, and the vehicles in the direction of Zongzhai continue to go straight on Feitian Road to the direction of Zongzhai; vehicles leading to the highway intersection turn right at the intersection of Feitian Road and Suzhou District to enter the intersection of Suzhou Road to the highway intersection, through the detour section.
