The Tianji 9000 adopts the industry's most advanced TSMC 4nm process and Armv9 architecture, including 1 Arm Cortex-X2 super core with a main frequency of up to 3.05GHz, 3 Arm Cortex-A710 large cores with a main frequency of up to 2.85GHz, and 4 Arm Cortex-A510 energy efficiency cores with a main frequency of 1.8GHz.
In terms of GPU, it is equipped with Mali-G710 flagship ten-core GPU, supports LPDDR5X memory, transfer rates up to 7500Mbps, and supports dual-channel UFS3.1 flash memory.
At the same time, the new generation of 5G modem MediaTek M80, which integrates support for the 3GPP R16 standard, has an ISP processing performance of 9 billion pixels per second, and the Tianji 9000 is also equipped with a high-efficiency AI processor MediaTek fifth-generation APU, claiming that the all-round breakthrough will provide better performance and better power consumption.
In terms of games, the new MediaTek HyperEngine 5.0 game engine is built-in, with four cores: intelligent control engine, network engine, picture quality engine and control engine.
According to the official introduction, the HyperEngine 5.0 game engine brings MediaTek mobile ray tracing dual engine, giving full play to the GPU rendering capabilities at the same time, combined with heterogeneous hardware accelerators, to achieve image post-processing of screen noise reduction, with lower power consumption to bring comparable to the real mobile game quality.

At the same time, many mobile phone manufacturers have also officially announced that they are equipped with Tianji processors, of which Tianji 9000 is first installed by OPPO, and manufacturers such as vivo, Redmi, and Honor mobile phones have said that they have close cooperation with MediaTek.
