The system is composed of three core components of automatic spray ice melting control system, bridge deck ice monitoring system and intelligent cloud computing system, when encountering rain and snow freezing weather, the bridge deck ice monitoring system works together through temperature and humidity sensors and rain and snow sensors and ice sensors, and the summary data is early warning and prediction of road surface ice and ice thickness by intelligent cloud computing system, and automatically starts the spray system to remove snow and ice from the ground.
It is reported that when the system sprays snow melting agent, it can also calculate the spray dose according to the temperature decline trend and the real-time condition of the road surface, so as to achieve precise control, and the melting ice and snow environmental protection liquid used by the road spraying equipment of the system is based on crop extract concentrate, with corn, citric acid, etc. as the main components, and there is no corrosive effect on the road and bridge deck, and there will be no other pollution. In addition, the system can also realize the functions of one-click monitoring, inspection, early warning, and spraying in the mobile phone cloud.
"In the past, antifreeze and anti-slip work was carried out after the road surface was frozen to remove snow and ensure smooth operations, the development of this system is to prevent problems before it happens, the system will predict the road surface icing time before the road surface freezes, and then the program will automatically control the device installed on the road side, spray snow melting environmental protection liquid before the road surface freezes, reduce the road surface freezing point, and prevent problems before they occur." Therefore, the biggest role of this technology is to accurately predict the icing time of the road, dispose of it in advance, and turn de-icing into 'anti-icing'.
