According to the website of the State Food and Drug Administration, in the 2021 national cosmetics supervision and sampling work, after inspection by the Henan Provincial Food and Drug Inspection Institute and other units, 72 batches of cosmetics such as Orica hair dyeing cream - natural black produced by Guangzhou Runmin Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. were unqualified.

Among them, the cosmetics registrant, recorder, entrusted production enterprise and domestic responsible person (distributor) marked on the label of 42 batches of unqualified products denied that they had produced or imported the above products; the entrusted production enterprises marked on the labels of 2 batches of unqualified products denied that they had produced the above products.

According to the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics, the State Food and Drug Administration requires the Guangdong, Zhejiang and Shanghai Municipal (Provincial) Drug Administrations to conduct further investigations into whether the cosmetics registrants, recorders, entrusted production enterprises, and domestic responsible persons (distributors) marked by 44 batches of unqualified products have actually produced or imported the above products; the drug supervision and administration departments of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) have ordered the relevant cosmetics operators to immediately stop operating the above 72 batches of cosmetics and investigate their purchase inspection records in accordance with the law. Trace the root causes of illegal products; where illegal conduct is discovered, it shall be seriously investigated and dealt with in accordance with law; and where a crime is suspected, it shall be transferred to the public security organs in accordance with law.
