It is understood that the China-ASEAN New Energy Electric Vehicle Base is located in the Xijiang Science and Technology Innovation Industry City of Guigang National Eco-Industrial Demonstration Park, planning to build 10,000 mu and planning a total investment of 15.7 billion yuan.

Since the planning and construction began in 2015, in just 6 years, nearly 100 two-wheeled electric vehicles and spare parts companies have been introduced, and more than 50 have been completed and put into production, of which Aima, Tailing, Luyuan, Oupai, Lima and other 5 industry top ten enterprises have been settled, forming an annual output of 5 million two-wheeled electric vehicles, 500,000 three-wheeled electric vehicles, 5 million sets of spare parts production capacity, the local matching rate reached 80%.
