Sun Zhuo has made it clear that he is willing to return to his family and transfer to Shenzhen to study. At present, his family is contacting the school for him.

From the time when Guo Gangtang, the prototype of the movie "Lost Orphans", found his own son Guo Xinzhen, to the recent movie "Dear" prototype Sun Haiyang and his wife found their own son Sun Zhuo, indicating that with the development of technology, the action of abduction and searching for relatives has achieved undeniable results. But acknowledging one's relatives is obviously only a key step in the fight against abduction, but it is not the end. How to smoothly return abducted children to their places of origin is undoubtedly an urgent problem to be solved.

In reality, abducted children are often sold to places far away from their biological parents, and the adoptive parents who bribe the child will go through formal household registration procedures for the child through illegal channels, turning the "black household" into a normal household registration. Then, once the search for relatives is successful and the abducted children are willing to return to their original families, they are faced with a series of difficult problems such as household registration migration, name, ethnicity, citizen identity card number, and student status migration. If these "thresholds" cannot be crossed, it cannot be said that abducted children and their families of origin can truly achieve reunification.

Therefore, whether from a legal or reasonable point of view, as long as the abducted child is willing to return to his or her original family, return to his or her place of origin, and change his household registration information, the relevant departments should provide convenience and assistance to him. Abducted children are victims of no fault in trafficking and can no longer be allowed to pay for the faults of traffickers. In this regard, the "Hukou Registration Regulations" stipulate that when a citizen changes his or her household registration due to adoption, adoption, disappearance, recovery or other reasons, the head of the household or himself shall declare the change of registration to the household registration authority. That is to say, there is a legal basis for changing the household registration of abducted children, but there are no specific provisions on how to change their names, identity card numbers, etc., but this cannot become a statement that affects the reunion of abducted children and their original families.

The realization of "no abduction in the world" is the responsibility of the whole society, and the relevant departments should restore or change the identity information of the abducted child according to his or her wishes on the basis of the conclusion of the identity appraisal and other evidence, and at the same time should ensure his or her rights to smooth transfer, schooling, employment and so on. This is also the due meaning of allowing abducted children to untie their hearts as soon as possible, bid farewell to the sadness, pain and entanglement of the past, and realize the "no abduction in the world".
