The exhibition is composed of three parts: "Bit City-2087", "Interface Syndrome" and "Electronic Biology", which refer to the three topics of "Future Urban Landscape", "Data Privacy" and "Biology and Algorithm". According to reports, the exhibition tries to cut from the perspective of visual art, causing people to think about the relationship between human beings and technology in the era of digital survival, and the new "digital model" that may be brought about by future technology.

The reporter noted that in Zheng Long Yihai's exhibition of "Bit City", the use of reorganization, exaggeration and abstract artistic techniques will present the imagination and philosophical speculation of life in the era of science and technology through images and installations. In the work, he reconstructs the future city, like a machine, constantly evolving and upgrading, experiencing a cycle from prosperity to destruction, mysterious and absurd, leaving the audience with unlimited space for imagination.

From the batch of visual art works exhibited by Zheng Long Yihai, it can be seen that this young artist continues to expand his art world, painting, text, photography, moving images, and even data, integrated circuit boards, screens and other iconic elements of the Internet era have become the medium for his practice of visual art creation.

The exhibition is curated by Wang Shaoqiang, director of the Guangdong Museum of Art, and Curator Feng Yuan, director of the Visual Culture Research Center of Sun Yat-sen University. Wang Shaoqiang believes that Zheng Longyihai's works are full of experimentation and pioneering, with a sense of crisis that human beings will rely too much on science and technology. His artistic practice revolves around the continuous reflection on the issue of technology and human symbiosis, trying to analyze the current rapidly developing world from a biological perspective, and exploring how to deal with the relationship between humans and science and technology.

The exhibition will be on view until January 8, 2022. (End)
