The latest announcement of outpatient treatment at Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University

1. From December 23 to 29, 2021, our hospital will upgrade the information system, at which time the appointment registration business will be suspended from December 30 to January 5, 2022, and the normal use will resume after the completion of the system upgrade at 0:00 on December 30.

2. Due to the upgrade of the information system, patients who originally used the green medical card number of our hospital for mobile phone registration need to unbind the green medical card in the WeChat and Alipay public accounts before 0:00 on December 30, 2021, and re-bind personal information with the ID card number as the card number, otherwise the new system cannot identify the identity, cannot make an appointment registration, and the previous medical information will not be imported into the new system.

3. Patients from Dalian City and provinces and cities without epidemic in China do not need to provide 48-hour nucleic acid.

4. Patients who come and go from other urban areas of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the central government) where the key area is located need to provide a 48-hour nucleic acid certificate.

5. Outpatient elective surgery, ultrasound invasive examination, gastrointestinal endoscopy, bronchoscopy, HP examination, lung function, laryngoscopy and other invasive examinations and operations in the outpatient clinic need to hold a negative internal nucleic acid test report within one week.

6. Cancer outpatient chemotherapy and radiotherapy patients need to hold a negative nucleic acid test report within one week for the first time, and nucleic acid test once a week during radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

7. Inpatients and accompanying patients need to hold a 48-hour nucleic acid negative report before they can apply for admission.
