I pride myself on being a veteran filmmaker, and I think I can look at all the bad films with a light breeze. But the rot of "We Who Once Loved Each Other" is still beyond my imagination!
It's the worst movie I've seen in theaters in 2021.
In the movie theater, I sat on my side the whole time, squinting at the big screen, afraid that if I was looking at it, I would not be able to suppress the urge to regurgitate my stomach, and I would vomit on the spot.
This top bad film, the original signed director is Fang Zuming - in addition to the rotten, the audience does not have to watch another reason.
For reasons that are well known, the film struggled to find a release opportunity after it was released in 2018.
In January 2018, Fang Zuming sent a Weibo to celebrate his mother's birthday and said that the first work was completed.
In the end, the name of Fang Zu's name was completely hidden, and the original deputy director of the film, Zhang Xiaolei, signed the director, and the film was released.

After more than 8 months of going around, "Beijing Love Illustrated" was renamed "We Were Once In Love", and finally released on December 10.
The film tells three sets of love stories.
The first group is the couple of Ellen (played by Chen Bailin) and Meng Jie (played by Guo Caijie).

To say that Ellen and Mengjie are "Beijing love" is not only an insult to love, but also an insult to the city of Beijing.
Love drama floats on the most superficial surface and has no real connection with reality. There is no trace of any north drift between the two protagonists, and the impact of the pressure on the city of Beijing on their love.
The film also has no real Beijing elements, the whole process is basically filmed in the bar, the main plot is Alan and Mengjie accompanying the guests to drink a variety of heavy drinks.
Ellen and Mengjie are not so much "Beijing love stories" as "bar love stories".
The film shoots a lot of alcoholism and hangovers and rationalizes them as if it were normal.
It is not impossible to take the nightclub as the main scene, and during this time, the popular "Love Is Delicious" almost two episodes were filmed in the nightclub. The various main characters take turns to appear, which vividly reflects the delicate relationship between the characters, and also fully shows the superb camera scheduling ability of director Chen Zhengdao.
But the lens language of "We Who Once Loved Each Other" sucks to the extreme!
The footage of "We Who Once Loved Each Other" looks almost aesthetically pleasing.
Ordinary audiences take their mobile phones to the nightclub to take a picture, which is more artistic than it.
I can't see that the director has any film cultivation, the shots don't seem to have any design, almost all of them are mid-shots and close-ups, and people are filming, and from time to time there are a few inexplicable slow shots. Ordinary nets are large, and the lens language is richer than it.
The whole soundtrack almost never stops, singing non-stop to cover up the barrenness of the language of the camera.
The script is bad, the director has no aesthetics, and the two actors can only act awkwardly.
The second line of the movie is a girl (played by Xiahou Yunshan) who waits for her boyfriend in a bar every day, and the "love" of the bar waiter.
The girl was abandoned by her boyfriend and came to the bar every day to drink, from time to time to drink, and when drunk, she casually slept on the bar counter of the bar.
Xiahou Yunshan, the screenwriter of this film, starred in one of the roles of Xiao Ai.
A waiter inexplicably has a crush on this girl. They went out for breakfast together and played for a day.

Any young man who drifts north casually writes a few words of life experience is more vivid than in the movie.

So the essence of this 98-minute film is to use the roughest lens language to tell three sets of boring, empty and suspended stories.
Through this film, we can fully feel the disconnect between the creator and real life, their assumption of society, and the barrenness of their ideas and aesthetics.
I can't help but feel pity for them, how much space it takes to make such a movie.
But I'm not going to give this movie a 0, a 10-pointer because the cameo lineup is really strong!
Acting is a circle, and sometimes we have to sell acquaintances a face, so we see Jackie Chan, Nicholas Tse, Wu Qixian, Zhou Hui, Jin Chi, Yingda, Wang Hailin and others in the movie.
