In March 2021, the Fengcheng Medical Security Bureau of Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, found that there were problems such as inconsistent identity cards in Fengcheng Junkang Hospital in Yichun City, impersonating the card for medical treatment, and failing to keep the treatment examination records and medical consumables in and out of the library in accordance with the regulations, and the above problems involved a total of 436,600 yuan in the medical insurance fund. According to the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China and the Agreement on Medical Services of Designated Medical Institutions of Basic Medical Insurance in Yichun City, the results of the local medical insurance department are as follows:

1. Recover the medical insurance fund illegally settled by the hospital and impose an administrative fine of 2 times in accordance with the law;

2. Order the hospital to strengthen the management of medical insurance and rectify the existing problems within a time limit;

3. Issue a reward of 8,732.9 yuan to the masses who provide informant leads.

At present, the loss of 436600 yuan of medical insurance funds has been recovered, and the 2 times administrative fine of 873200 yuan has been paid in full.
