OPPO said that smart glasses should have four major characteristics: beautiful, lightweight, universal and instrumental. In the future, smart glasses will become the "third screen" for individuals after mobile phones and watches.
According to the official introduction, OPPO Air Glass adopts a monocular split solution, and the custom frame can be adapted to a variety of optical lenses, regardless of myopia, it can have its own choices, so that daily wear is no longer an obstacle. The body weighs less than 30 grams and the lens thickness is only 1.3 mm. The lenses use a thin and light diffracted light waveguide technology to achieve an average eye brightness of 1400 nits. Silicon-based Micro LED displays with a single pixel of just 4 microns can achieve a maximum brightness of 3 million nits. Using the self-developed Spark micro light machine, only the size of a coffee bean, in a tiny space of less than 0.5 cubic centimeters, there are 5 customized high-resolution optical glass, which can effectively improve the light transmittance and reduce stray light interference.
In terms of performance, OPPO Air Glass is equipped with the Snapdragon 4100 wearable device platform, with a portable charging base, and the battery life can reach 10.5 hours. OPPO Air Glass provides four interactive methods, including touch, voice, gesture and head control, allowing users to freely choose their favorite interaction method according to usage habits: after waking up the smart assistant, the user can use the voice to set the basic settings of glasses and use the basic functions; when pairing OPPO Watch, users can confirm, cancel and switch between application cards through palm rotation, fist clenching, etc.; highly innovative head movement control allows users to simply bow their heads. You can open the notification message; when you look up, the notification can be put away, enabling new possibilities for efficient information acquisition.
Through a dedicated app, OPPO Air Glass can be used with mobile phones and OPPO Watches that support ColorOS 11 or more. Simply select a different app card in the app and OPPO Air Glass will be able to provide informational notifications from that app.
