watchOS 8.3 released: The Apple Watch of the National Bank of China launched the ECG function

Tencent Digital News On December 14, Beijing time, Apple officially pushed the iOS 15.2 and watchOS 8.3 systems, in the latter update, ushered in a long-lost upgrade, the Bank of China Apple Watch will officially support mobile ECG atrial fibrillation prompt and mobile pulse rate atrial fibrillation prompt function.

In addition to the Apple Watch SE, Apple Watch Series 4 and above support electrocardiogram (ECG) function.

To record an ECG, users can activate the Mobile ECG Atrial Fibrillation Cue software on the Apple Watch and press their finger against the Digital Crown. After 30 seconds, heart rhythms will be classified as atrial fibrillation (AFib), sinus rhythms, low or high heart rates, or uncertainty.

When arrhythmia is detected, the mobile pulse rate atrial fibrillation alert software prompts the possible presence of atrial fibrillation in due course when sufficient data is available for analysis. The ECG waveform, related classifications, and all symptoms recorded are stored in the iPhone's Health App.
