Guo Mingxi: Apple VR/AR devices weigh 300-400 grams The second generation will be lighter

According to a report by Kuo Ming-chi, the rumored glasses that Apple will launch soon weigh 300-400 grams, and the second generation will be lighter.

While Kuo claims that the prototype weighs 200-300 grams, the target is 100-200 grams, in a report viewed by 9to5Mac, he said that the first generation model weighed 300-400 grams, while the second generation would be much lighter.

Kuo estimates that the first generation will sell about 3 million units in 2023, while the second generation of the improved will arrive by the end of 2024, bringing the market to 10 million units.
