Apple court documents unexpectedly revealed that Sony had planned to bring PS Now to the phone

DoNews December 13 (Liu Wenxuan) According to The Verge, they found in Epic Games' court filing against Apple that Sony had planned to launch a mobile version for PlayStation Now in 2017, providing streaming of 450 PS3 games, and then adding PS4 games.

Apple mentioned that the mobile version of the PlayStation Now appeared in the early stages of Apple Arcade development as a response to Sony's Microsoft Xbox Game Pass, while Apple Arcade will not be available until 2019 and does not have streaming game capabilities. Apple sees PlayStation Now as an extension of the boundaries of the game subscription service market.

On the other hand, it was not long ago that Sony will launch a new service that combines PlayStation Now and Play Station Plus in 2022, but did not specify whether it is related to this mobile version.
