Mutation of Light is a multi-dimensional abstract art exhibition original by Guangting Temple of Light, which is a reshaping of the traditional exhibition space, at the beginning of this experience, MUTATION can enable the viewer to instantly place the senses in the unpredictable but internally unified material structure, challenging the stereotypes and stereotypes in the audience's subconscious.
The second chapter is the highlight of this light and shadow art exhibition, "UKIYO-E VISIONS Mirage Ukiyo-e". "Ukiyo" in Japanese is a world of joy and joy, ukiyo-e in every grass and tree is affectionate, but also often reminds us of the brevity of beautiful things, the chapter contains a lot of classic elements presented to the audience one by one, so that the audience can wander in the 17th and 19th century ukiyo-e paintings.
As early as the Heian period, the nobles would give each other fans, and the unfolded fans were believed to have the meaning of prosperity and prosperity. Nowadays, the instrumental side of the folding fan is no longer important, but has become a ceremonial symbol and an aesthetic symbol.
In the Tang Dynasty, cherry blossoms and Chinese flower viewing customs were passed on to the east, and in the following hundreds of years, they were promoted by monarchs and nobles, and the cherry blossoms bloomed for only a few days, so the fleeting beauty fit the cultural tradition of "impermanence".
In addition to the landscape still life, the animals in ukiyo-e are also different in shape, playful and cute, and the elves in this forest express their daily lives with playful brushstrokes.
This most famous ukiyo-e painting, one of Katsushika Hokusai's Thirty-Six Views of Fugaku, has become a popular cultural symbol around the world. The waves are rich in layers, the composition is exquisite and dynamic, and the turbulent waves and multi-dimensional dynamic display make many viewers feel unstable at this moment.
As the waves depart, the audience comes to the embrace of the sea, and the fish in the ukiyo-e are extremely lifelike, some from real life, some from fictional monster stories, sometimes they are commodities in human baskets, but sometimes they are elves who can call the wind and rain.
Ukiyo-e's flower and bird paintings are heavily influenced by traditional Chinese gong brush strokes, and their colors are rich and varied, with an emphasis on realism.
Beauty painting is a chapter that everyone is looking forward to, and in the Edo period, the aristocracy declined and the commoner class rose, while the wind of pleasure prevailed and entertainment venues were lined up. In the context of such an era, the beauties are both the subjects of social life and the objects of appreciation. In ukiyo-e, some of them are lively and cute, like the girl next door, and some are elegant and solemn, as if they are not stained with mortal dust. Although the beauties do not have exaggerated expressions, it is not difficult to appreciate their delicate emotions between their hands and feet.
Finally, the lantern slowly rises, also known as the Kong Ming Lantern, originated in China, the lantern was passed east in the Edo period, and was given a new meaning of praying for peace, harvest and good luck. The sky lanterns in the night sky are like stars, full of shock and appeal, lingering in the hearts of every audience for a long time.
"We chose to open the world-class light and shadow art works brought from Paris on the North Bund, because we feel that the land of Hongkou North Bund has a rich cultural heritage, and at the same time is rich in the atmosphere of Shanghai culture." Xu Cheng, co-founder of Guangting, told reporters that through digital projection technology, combined with the exploration of space, music and artists in different fields, the audience can enjoy an immersive art experience comparable to the theater effect in this 40-minute art time.
Considering the epidemic prevention and control, the Temple of Light exhibition will open 6 light and shadow art exhibitions every day, and the number of people will be limited each time, and visitors who want to visit the exhibition need to make an appointment in advance, and at the same time wear a mask to show the health code.
