ST17H65 Bluetooth BLE5.2 chip is the latest Bluetooth BLE chip launched by Lenz Technology, with 512KB Flash + (96KB ROM) + 64KB SRAM, the Bluetooth protocol stack is cured, and no longer occupies Flash space. 64KB of SRAM, partitioned to save more user data while in standby, can set up large-capacity buffers, and supports more complex functions. The biggest advantage is the reduced power consumption. The previous generation of Bluetooth receives peak current >13mA; The MCU consumes ~0.5mA/MHz; the average current in low-power mode >40uA. The new Bluetooth receives a peak current of 4.7mA, and the power consumption of the MCU <60uA/MHz. The average current in low-power mode can be reduced to 20uA to 30uA. BLE5's broadcast packets are more flexible, containing up to 200Bytes of data, compared to 32Bytes in BLE4. The transmission rate is faster, BLE5 can reach 20~30KB/s; BLE4 is generally 4~5KB/s.
