【The unveiling unit should have the following conditions】
The unveiling unit should be a solution provider or a consortium consisting of solution providers in and outside Henan Province (not the same unit or affiliated unit as the listed enterprise), a technical service team that conducts business in Henan Province (units outside the province should set up branches in Henan Province, or establish cooperative relations with units in Henan Province); have sufficient R&D investment, good technical strength, stable personnel team, products, services and solutions should have independent intellectual property rights; can meet the needs of the listed projects, Put forward advanced and applicable system solutions, and have the conditions for organization and implementation; there has been no bad credit record and no major illegal acts in the past 3 years.
【The unveiling process is as follows】
1. Unveiling the declaration
Units interested in unveiling the list can submit the "2021 Henan Manufacturing Digital Transformation 'Unveiling and Commander-in-Chief' Application Scenario Project Unveiling Declaration" to the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Henan Province.
2. Determine the list of candidate units for unveiling
The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Henan Province organized experts and relevant personnel of the list-issuing enterprises to jointly review the preliminary solutions and qualification capabilities of the projects declared by the unveiling units, and selected the list of candidate units for unveiling the list.
3. Docking unveiling
The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Henan Province will make overall arrangements for the docking of the candidate units and the list-issuing enterprises, and through the in-depth communication between the list-issuing enterprises and the list-announcing candidate units, the list-issuing enterprises will finally select and determine the list-breaking units, and the two sides will refine and implement the specific content of the cooperation, jointly formulate the feasibility construction plan for the application scenario projects of the list-issuing application scenarios, and sign the contract in accordance with the relevant provisions. For application scenario projects that submit contracts and feasible construction plans within the prescribed time limit, there is no objection after public announcement, and a unified announcement of successful unveiling is issued.
4. Acceptance assessment
After the successful unveiling of the application scenario project is completed within the prescribed time limit, the listed enterprise shall submit an application for project acceptance assessment to the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Henan Province, and if the construction task is completed after assessment, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Henan Province shall conclude the project in accordance with relevant procedures.
5. Promote the application
After the successful unveiling of the application scenario project construction is completed and passed the acceptance assessment, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Henan Province will organize experts to comprehensively consider the technological innovation, model innovation, economic and social benefits, industry promotion value and other factors of the application scenario project, select a number of "excellent digital transformation solutions", announce and promote them to the society, and organize the development of corresponding technical standards if conditions permit.
